Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These terms govern your use of simvicious.com and the services offered on it. By using the site, buying a beat or booking a session, you agree to them. The site is operated by Simeon Nikolov, trading as Simvicious, Wrexham, Wales, United Kingdom. You can reach us through the contact page or on +44 7762 142948.

Beats and licences

Beats are sold through our BeatStars store under three licence types: Standard Lease, Premium Lease and Exclusive. What each covers is summarised on the beat licensing page, and the full, binding terms are in the PDF contract you receive with every purchase. The licence contract is the agreement that governs your use of a beat; if anything here conflicts with it, the licence contract wins.

  • Standard and Premium leases are non-exclusive: the producer keeps ownership of the beat and may license it to others.
  • An Exclusive licence removes the beat from sale, so no one else can license it after you.
  • Because beats are digital products, a purchase is treated as used once downloaded, and all sales are final and non-refundable, as set out in the licence contract.
  • Purchases are processed by BeatStars; their terms of service also apply to the transaction.

Studio services

Recording, mixing, mastering and custom beat production are booked by arrangement through the contact page. Prices and turnaround are agreed before work starts. If you need to cancel or move a booked session, tell us as early as you can; sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it to send spam.
  • Do not redistribute, resell or share beats, previews or stems outside what your licence allows.
  • Content on this site (music, images, text) belongs to Simvicious and may not be copied without permission.

No guarantees

Beats, previews and advice are provided as they are. We do not guarantee that a beat fits your creative purpose, or any commercial outcome from using our beats or services. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simvicious is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
